We have 2 types of Sushi Making Experience. “Sushi Nigiri Experience” is a fun way to learn how to squeeze Nigiri sushi and Gunkan (8 piecies) from Sushi chief. “Kakushi Sushi Experience” is one of the local dishes that have been eaten in Okayama since ancient times. “Kakushi” means “Hidden”. It is a local dish that was born from the wisdom of an ancestor who enjoyed a meal inside out by hiding luxurious ingredients under white rice when he was ordered to be frugal. You can experience Kakushi Sushi and Nigiri Sushi (4 pieces).
Both experiences include tempura, a la carte and soup. Before the experience, you will be able to see the decorations and craft sushi made by the craftsmen with their splendid knives.

The restaurant can accommodate 60 people on the first floor and 50 people on the second floor. We can accommodate a minimum of 4 people. It is better to have a Japanese interpreter or someone who can understand Japanese as much as possible. If you do not have an interpreter, please consult us. The place where you can experience may change depending on the number of people. It takes about 90 minutes.
