[Muslim Friendly OKAYAMA] Hadi of Malaysian appreciates Okayama food

Mr. Hadi Fayyadh, Islam religion, lives in Okayama, traveled around Okayama Muslim Friendly Area (Okayama City, Kibichuo Town, and Maniwa City), then he got satisfied with lots of FOOD made in Okayama.
Please shall refer for your future trip!

Oumi-no-sato (Picking Peach and Café), Okayama City

At this hands-on tourist orchard “Oumi-no-Sato” in Okayama City, peaches, mushrooms, blueberries, etc. are cultivated. When Hadi visited, it was the best season when white peaches were juicy and very sweet.
There is also a cafe where you can enjoy “Kaki-gori” (shaved ice) and parfaits made with fresh seasonal fruits, so you can spend a relaxing time.
It also has a facility of vacation rentals and you can stay overnight.

Okinoshima Ramen, Okayama City

With the umami and flavor of flying fish, it offers ramen with a rich yet mellow and elegant taste.
The soup is Muslim Friendly, which is made from the essence which doesn’t consist of soy sauce or animal extracts.

Hiruzen Kogen Center, Maniwa City

Halal meat that is difficult to find in Japan. Hiruzen Kogen Center offers Mongolian BBQ with Halal meat of Ramb, and it is also possible to provide a temporary prayer space, which is comfortable for Muslim tourists.
At the shop in the center, there are PEACH MARK certified souvenirs, so we recommend shopping after meals.

Capybara Coffe, Katsuyama Historical Preservation District, Maniwa City

How if taking a break at the cafe “Capybara Coffee” in Katsuyama Historical Preservation District?
As you can see from the exterior of a traditional Japanese house, the interior is also the taste of an old folk house. Lemon coffee, which is a blend of house-made lemon syrup and Ethiopian coffee, has a new flavor.

MilengaIndian restaurant, Okayama City

The Indian restaurant “Milenga”, which is about a 5-minute walk from Okayama Station, is famous for its halal-certified curry, also provides a prayer space. There are Indian groceries and tableware for sale.

Here, we introduced 5 shops that Hadi visited.
When you come to OKAYAMA, why not choose a restaurant that serves seasonal fruits and supports halal and Muslim-friendly?
